Schedule Discrepancy Reporting

If physical hospital notice boards conflict with the published hours on OP Now, visitors can report the change directly from any clinic card.

Integrated into clinic cards in Phase 1B via slide-over drawers.

Information Gap Intake

Tell us what visit guidance you needed that was missing from our guide (e.g. pharmacy procedures, wheelchair access, lab counter locations).
